Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes, Faliesha recommends booking in advance to ensure your preferred date and time are available. Walk-ins may also be accepted, subject to her availability.

Do I need to pay deposit?
Yes, Hair By Faliesha K requires 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure the appointment.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Hair By Faliesha K needs minimum 72 hours to cancel appointment, deposits are none-refundable if cancelled or wanting to change less than 72 hours.
What if I’m running late?
A 10 min grace period applies, if you are more than 10 mins late, your appointment maybe cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
How long does a hair appointment take?
Appointment times vary depending on the service. Faliesha usually allows 30–60 minutes for a haircut, while colour appointments can take between 2–4 hours.
